Home Inspection and Maintenance
Our semiannual home inspection service to maintain a healthy home is designed to help busy professionals, senior citizens, and single parent households; people who don’t have time, interest, physical ability, tools, or skills needed to properly inspect and maintain their homes.
Neglecting small home maintenance tasks can cause grief, headache, and loss of valuable time in the long run. Our regularly scheduled Home Health Inspection Plan will save you time and help you avoid costly repair bills later if some small problems are not detected early.
The semiannual plan requires an initial home inspection. This lasts about 2 – 3 hours depending on the size of the home. Estimates for necessary repairs will be provided upon request.

Pricing
Every project is different and will require specific expertise, tools, and time to complete. Our pricing will depend on the scope and complexity of your project. We will always provide you with a transparent estimate. If we encounter any unexpected issues during our service, we will discuss the options before continuing. We understand that communication is of utmost importance in business.
We have a $150 minimum charge plus the cost of materials. Trip charge is $30 to $80 and mileage fee is $0.30 to $0.60 if applicable.
Small size jobs that take less than two hours of work could cost $150 to $250. Medium size jobs that require 2 to 5 hours of work could cost $250 to $500. Large size jobs that require over 5 hours of work could cost $500 to $1,500.
